Aims of Course:

  • The aim of the course is to teach students how to design and create programs in the context of useful, real world applications using visual programming languages. Students can quickly master the essential tools and programming techniques offered in the visual programming techniques. The course covers the visual programming development environment and programming tools, toolbox control, Compilation of the program as debug builds and release builds, dialog box controls, methods, variable types, repetition structures, syntax for building error handlers, declaring and calling procedures, file and string processing methods, create graphics and animation effects, create data adapters and datasets.

Learning Experiences:

The course is offered in 40 hours of lectures with guest speaker, individual exercises, project work, class discussion and problem solving.
