Course Description:

Training and Development is the framework for helping employees to develop their personal and organizational skills, knowledge, and abilities. The focus of all aspects of Human Resource Development is on developing the most superior workforce so that the organization and individual employees can accomplish their work goals in service to customers.

The major focus of this course is to increase current level of knowledge in the field and enhance awareness of new developments, options and information to include the use of computer technology, internet and web-based as a manner to conduct training. The topics covered in this course provide structure to explore and institute efficient career development and organizational training programs for various types of businesses and firms. The understanding of the necessity of implementing the needs assessment and processes of learning which shape the foundation for the design of training programs that are specific to any organization.
