As part of its continuous academic activities, the American university of culture and education, Faculty of Literature & Sciences organized the webinar about Cloud based customer success platform presented by Mr. Talal Hakam from Paris, CRM & Marketing technologist, product manager and Salesforce specialist with over 11 years of experience working in the digital space.
Mr. Hakam, talked about cloud solutions that aims to simplify business processes, secure customer data, generate sales opportunities, oversee marketing campaigns and interact with customers through every stage of their journey. He highlighted on Salesforce products and ended his presentation by showing the attendees live business cases on Saleforce platform.
